Build the record before escalating

A factual timeline gives an operator, bank, consumer body or police investigator something usable.

Immediate warning signs

  • A lookalike domain or support account asks you to move to private chat.
  • Payment is requested to a new wallet or personal account without matching terms.
  • Withdrawal conditions change after the request.
  • You are pressured to pay a “tax”, “unlock” or “verification” fee to release funds.
  • The legal entity, licence badge and domain do not match.

Complaint sequence

  1. Stop further payments and preserve the page, terms, chats and transaction details.
  2. Complain to the operator in writing and request a reference number and final response.
  3. Contact the card issuer or payment provider within its dispute deadline.
  4. Ask the Commission or Consumer Affairs Division which local route fits the facts.
  5. Report suspected fraud or crime to TTPS; call 999 only for an emergency.
Do not publish private identity or banking details.

Redact documents before sharing them with any public forum or correction channel.
